When we set out to find truth, God is faithful to show us.
God honors a deep desire for the truth in our hearts.
He provides glimpses of Himself and His truth all around us.

We must slow down to see them,
and come down from our lofty places to understand them.

Truth is with God. God is Truth.
We must seek it… love it… pursue it…. desire it….
Like the most prized trophy,
Like the rarest jewel,
Like light in the dark,
Like water in the desert,
We must want it ….

When we are desperate for it, He will show us.
*
Father, help me not to chase my own truth
and set out to prove my own foolish ideas.
Show me the Truth.
Show me the Way.
Show me the Life.
