I am forever grateful to my God who saved me from the darkness and brought light into my life through Christ! Today, I am grateful that even when things seem dark, I can know that He is the Light of my Life and His Word a Lamp to my feet.

Have you tasted? Have you seen,
What God prepared with joy?
Or have you found your fill on earth
In things that will destroy?

So much of what you feast upon,
And what you eat with ease,
Does not compare with Jesus’ food,
His love, His joy, His peace.

He is the Water for your thirst,
The Bread that satisfies.
He is enough for all your needs,
And hears your faintest cries.

“Father, show us the way out of darkness. Let the depression lift from our hearts. Let us go out and light the world with your Truth and not be rendered useless by the enemy while believing His schemes and deceptions. Lord, return to us the joy of our salvation.

 But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you. For you bless the righteous, O LORD; you cover him with favor as with a shield.
